Taking spray painting action at the right time
The buildings that we spray painted for Selwood were approximately 40 years old and as a result the original coating was very faded. As with any coil-coated architectural cladding, degradation from UV light and general weathering have contributed to the natural aging process, and, if left unchecked, the coating could have deteriorated so much that the only option left would be to replace the coating. Selwood have taken action at the right stage specifying us to spray the coating before it had got to the point of compromising the quality of the premises.

The industrial cladding spraying process
As with all jobs carried out, we begin with our free survey and quote. Once the project is agreed and we arrive on site we start with thorough surface preparation and masking/protection of the surrounding surfaces and area. Once the cladding is ready to be sprayed, we primarily use Airless spray units to apply the fresh new paint delivering excellent adhesion to the steel cladding panels.
