In order to attract new tenants to this large industrial estate, our client wanted to modernise and refresh the external elevations, by carrying out on site spray painting of the external cladding panels and window frames.
This was achieved by effectively masking out the building twice to facilitate a controlled application of each colour and by careful programming to ensure work to the occupied units was completed out of normal working hours.
Sprayzone were chosen as the nominated spraying contractor and provided specification advice and devised a programme that would ensure minimal disruption to the existing tenants.
