Mark Gregory
Founder & Contracts Director
In his early career, Mark trained as an Architectural Draftsman and worked on several high value retail and commercial projects for various prestigious Architectural practices thoughout the UK. Mark has been employed in the on-site spraying business since 1992 and helped co-found Sprayzone as Contracts Director, when it was formed in 2000. Mark Lives in the New Forest with his family and enjoys the outdoors and building camper vans in his spare time.
Tom Callard
Founder & Sales Director
Tom has been working in the construction industry since 1995 and co-founded Sprayzone in 2000. He is jointly responsible for the day to day running of the business and over sees the Sales, Marketing and Finance departments. A little known fact is that Tom has a degree in Marine Biology. He also owns a vintage tractor and lives with his family, 5 horses and 2 dogs at their home in Hampshire.
Heather Oakley
Financial Controller
Heather has been a key member of the management team for over 15 years and is responsible for the accounts of the business, and the smooth day to day running of the office. A little known fact is that Heather studied business at agricultural college and her career started by working for large farms and estates. She has also been part of a Hot Air Balloon Team that has flown in both the UK and Europe.
Sam Langdon
Contracts Manager
Sam is part of our Contracts team here at Sprayzone, having worked in the construction industry since 2010. Sam will be a point of contact for any pre-contract requirements, including any site visits, and has a keen interest in health & safety.
Sam spends her spare time in a few different ways! She volunteers for the Cats Protection, and enjoys camping/ country walks whenever possible. She is a passionate vegan, with a love of tattoos & attends weekly pole fitness classes.
Rebekah Starks
Estimating Co-ordinator
Rebekah (Beks) joined us in 2023 and has over 8 years of experience in the property industry. She will be one of the first people you speak to when you contact us, and will assist with your enquiry from initial contact, right through to compiling your quotation.
As well as spending time with her two cats and partner, Beks is a keen gamer, reader, and book collector, and enjoys visiting her hometown on the Isle of Wight.
Andrea Gregory
Contracts Co-ordinator
Andrea is a long standing and highly valued member of the Sprayzone team and is an integral part of the contracts department. She helps to ensure the smooth running of all projects and is a key contact when we are working on your site. Andrea enjoys spending time with her family, socialising with friends, country walks and swimming.
Ned Gregory
Office Security/ Senior Dogsbody
Ned plays a vital role in the Sprayzone office. From alerting everyone when the intercom goes off (just in case nobody heard it), to checking out everyone’s lunch bags to make sure they are eating healthily- Ned covers it all.
Although Ned is known in the office for his excellent cuddles, his key skills are within the HR department; with a keen nose for detail he likes to do the rounds and check everyone is happy & working to their full pawtential.
In his spare time he enjoys long walks in the forest, any toys with a loud squeaker, and the occasional treat.
