Thames House in London is a large warehouse unit that had been vacant for some time and required complete refurbishment prior to occupation by the new tenants.
As part of the total refurbishment works, Sprayzone were appointed as the preferred spraying contractor to complete the external decoration package, including spraying of the existing cladding panels, roller shutters and window frames.
All surfaces were in poor condition and extensive cleaning and preparation works were required to remove any failing coating and provide a clean and stable substrate, prior to spray painting with 2 no. coats of colour+fast (CC-01) to provide a high quality, tough and flexible mid sheen finish.
Works were completed in a continuous programme of approximately 5 weeks on site and our spraying teams were commended by the client for their excellent attitude on site and high standard of workmanship.
