The unit was previously used by Mothercare and needed making good before Next and Costa Coffee took over the space. The existing roof was showing significant signs of deterioration, with extensive delamination of the original coating and clear evidence of corrosion along all cut edges. This not only detracted from the building’s appearance but also posed a potential threat to its structural integrity over time.
