Albany Place in Welwyn Garden City is a campus-style office development, offering premium quality accommodation ranging from 7,400 – 54,000 sq ft.
As part of the overall refurbishment of the office space, Sprayzone were chosen as the preferred spraying contractor to complete the on site spray coating of the existing aluminium framing to the perimeter windows and feature brickwork on the ground and first floors.
The existing colour scheme consisted of blue powder coated window frames and bands of blue feature bricks running around the perimeter of the building. The client wanted to modernise and refresh the external of the property, updating the scheme to a modern grey.
The external works were completed over a period of approximately 12 weeks and Sprayzone have subsequently been appointed to complete the internal spraying works.
