As part of the fit-out and refurbishment of this office space in central London the existing suspended ceiling tiles and grid system were completely removed to expose the ceiling void behind.
The specification required that the retained metal soffit and associated services were to be re-sprayed black as part of the new colour scheme and Sprayzone were appointed as the preferred spraying contractor.
Working out of hours and alongside other trades, we carried out extensive masking to items within the void that did not require a spray finish and completed the on site spray works in a continuous programme of approximately 1 week on site.
The result provides a modern, industrial feel to this new office space.
