As part of a redevelopment of the Colonnades building on Portchester Road, Bayswater, London. Waitrose decided to expand their retail space, by repositioning the supermarket to the first floor and introducing a cafe area on part of the ground floor.
The refurbishment of the existing building incorprated the spraying of the existing coffered concrete soffit and associated services to a light grey colour. This provided a light and uniform finish to the ceiling, prior to commencement of the main fit out works.
Working alongside the main contractor, Sprayzone asssisted with the formation of a suitable specification and completed the on site spray works to the entire first floor and part ground floor over a period of one week on site. Spraying approximately 450m2 of ceiling soffit per shift on site.
